A Few of My Favorite Things ~ Character Dining

Character dining is one of the many magical things to do at Walt Disney World. They help create so many long lasting memories that will carry with you for the rest of your life. Just think of it, having a nice meal with all of your favorite Disney characters coming to visit your table for pictures and autographs. My Father and I used to have a Character Breakfast each morning of our trip. We found that it truly gave us a magical start to a great Disney day.

Some of our favorites at the time were King Stephan's Banquet Hall (Now Cinderella's Royal Table), Chef Mickey's, 1900 Park Fare, Garden Grill, and Donald's Breakfastasauras. The photos I'm sharing with you here are of my Dad and I at the Garden Grill having the time of our lives.

Though breakfasts are the main option with characters, there are places that also offer dinner as well. If you recall in my Birthday post, I plan on having a Character Breakfast and Dinner to start and end my Birthday the Disney way.

Whatever you choose, be sure to bring your camera and capture each and every moment, you'll be glad you did. Many years later, when I look back at some of my photos, I have so many fond memories that pop into my head. We had such great times and these meals made them even better. So if you've never dined with Characters, give it a try the next time you're there. I suggest a Character Breakfast because it starts your day in a happy way. Its also a great chance to get lots of autographs and photos as well. So live it up, enjoy, and make plenty of lasting memories...I know I will on my Birthday!!!
